I think this phrase summarizes everything the moment you sign there is no pleasure anymore you turning from a customer to a legal counterparty. Same experience in Rotterdam Alexander with a continious reference to a legal agreement and terms that was not specified on what I signed!
Avoid those guys as they only create an unpleasant feeling and stress.
